- Will be accountable for planning and managing overall service delivery, budget, managing risk, exploring synergies and driving productivity efforts
- He will partner with his colleagues to assess additional off-shoring opportunities in Manila and to ensure successful
- The immediate challenges would be to establish global connectivity where he/she would need to be connected with the team in India, US & UK and establish strong ties/relationships as quickly as possible fitting into the culture and global environment. His/her first priority would be to establish credibility in the global environment.
- Create an Center of Excellence operations to deliver best –in->
- Be a key member of the leadership team, participate in all important decision making
- Assist in development and rollout ongoing global delivery plan/strategy.
- Disaster recovery/business continuity planning
- Help identify new processes to offshore (e.g., Technology Management, new products, etc.)
- Accountable for service delivery via offshore platform:
- including staff hiring, performance management, training and development;
- definition of technology requirements to support expansion
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements and meet or exceed productivity targets for the business.
- Build and maintain awareness of the processing among the management teams of all operating functions, products and workstreams
- Monitor and report on operational activities and provide relevant management information to leadership teams.
