The world’s largest online travel company is looking for the right candidate to fill the role of : Head of Retail- SEA.
- The role will report into the GM of SEA, the head of Retail is a key part of the senior team driving business growth for the Expedia SG, MY, TH, ID, PH websites through a focus on conversion and customer experience.
Job Mission:
- The Head of Retail is responsible for identifying customer needs, market opportunities, competitors and technology trends. He is responsible for developing the demand calendars of the SEA websites according to customer demands and external travel market patterns, internal sales data, supplier offers and business requirements.
- He/she is charged with optimising existing product lines and launching new ones in SEA, either on our global platform or through regional third parties. He will have responsibility for creating and executing analyses to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives across Expedia SEA.
- He/She is accountable for the delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual conversion, revenue and shopper targets for both our key destinations, lines of business (Hotel, Air, Package) and marketing channels.
